Who we are

Namora ("we", "us") is a destination management company arranging private travel in Namibia. This website is namoratours.com. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@namoratours.com.

What we collect

When you send us a private brief or contact form, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, business name if given, journey preferences, guest numbers, timing, and any notes you write. To help us respond in your language and time zone, the form also records your browser language, detected time zone, and approximate market region. Forms are delivered to us by Netlify, our website host, which processes submissions on our behalf.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your message is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Email sent to us is received like any ordinary business email.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, plan and manage the journey you ask about, and keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing email you have not asked for.

Cookies and analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and which enquiries begin. Analytics runs only if you choose "Accept" on the consent notice; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which resets the choice. The site itself stores small preferences on your device (such as your chosen language and a draft of your brief) so the site works smoothly; these stay on your device and are not sent to us until you submit a form.

Where your data lives

Our website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are stored in Netlify's form inbox and in our business email. If analytics is enabled with your consent, usage data is processed by Google. These providers may process data outside your home country.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@namoratours.com and we will respond promptly. If you are in the European Union or another region with data protection rights, those rights apply to how we handle your information.
